Playtag strives to revolutionize child and senior care through AI behavioral analytics. This poses unprecedented challenges in technology, product, and business development. A new AI model needs to be learned, a new design of product needs to be developed, and a new business model needs to be formulated, i.e., our mission is to make the impossible possible. We look for non-traditional talents who can think outside the box by revolutionizing themselves first. We found that such non-traditional talents have the following commons (CIP) that set the core values of Playtag.
+ Communication: By definition, a company is to collaborate/communicate with others. If communication fails, it loses its primary functionality. Playtagers make significant effort to communicate with people across teams with different educational and cultural background, expertise, and language.
+ Innovation: No risk, no gain. This is how Playtag has evolved, i.e., a series of risky yet innovative ideas have transformed the way we work, the way we develop, and the way we grow. Braveness that enables exploring an uncharted area of behavioral analytics is, therefore, the number one quality for Playtagers.
+ Professionality: “Think like an amateur, do as an expert” ? said Dr. Takeo Kanade. Playtagers are all professionals who can make a sensible decision at every level and take full ownership of Playtag’s products from conceptualization to operation. To foster a professional environment at work, we provide the maximum freedom of exploration with minimum constraints, which allows Playtagers to tackle the unprecedented challenges.
