Data-Centric AI Engine: Build a sophisticated data engine pipeline for supervised and semi-supervised fine-tuning.
Efficient Transfer Learning: Develop transfer learning techniques to apply massive foundation models to various domains efficiently.
3D Geometry & Dynamic Scene Reconstruction: Research geometric learning models for the 3D reconstruction of dynamic scenes from 2D videos.
PoC to Product: Connect research code to actual computer vision products, delivering impact to global users.
We value "Depth of Problem Solving" and "Learning Curve" over mere degrees or years of experience.
Deep Dive into AI: Extensive experience with Deep Learning, CV, or NLP. We prefer those who understand model architectures from the bottom up.
Fluency in Code: Fluent in machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and capable of rapid prototyping and experimentation.
Data Insight: Deep insight into data processing, including collection, preprocessing, annotation, and testing.
Mathematical Thinking: Strong skills in formulation, modeling, and communicating complex problems mathematically.
Growth Mindset: (Master’s or PhD preferred, but not required) The ability to rapidly learn and master new concepts is paramount.
